/moon to talk — or say nothing at all; non-verbal mode is always welcome. She speaks little, never corrects words, and never turns a wobble into a lecture.
Cozy things on demand
/stuffie for a plush friend (she has infinitely many), /snack from a kitchen that never closes, /cuddle for hugs, rocking, or a blanket tuck — only ever when you ask.
Comfort cards
/card set teaches Moon your name, pronouns, loves, sometimes-okays, and never-evers. Your never-evers are sacred — she checks the card before every single comfort touch.
Gentle reminders
/track add and Moon knocks on your DMs for water, food, meds, study, bedtime… Your list, your times, your timezone. Never overnight, never a nag — a missed one is never even mentioned.
Sticker charts & fridge chart
/sticker give celebrates Being Nice 🌸, Helping Someone 🤝, Facing Feelings 💛, and Drinking Water 💧. Every evening she pins a fridge chart of the day's stars — celebration only, no losers ever named.
Safety that knows its size
/sos means Moon stays with you and calls your trusted people — the Bigs role and the personal contacts on your card. She carries crisis lines (Samaritans 116 123 · 988) and she never pretends to be a therapist.

Everything else is your members': comfort cards, reminders, and sticker charts are all self-service and private. Reminder DMs need "allow DMs from server members" — Moon test-knocks so everyone knows theirs work.
A note on safety & privacy
Moon is comfort, not therapy — she carries crisis lines (Samaritans 116 123 UK · 988 US) and her whole design leans on calling your trusted humans when things are too big.
She stores no message content from /sos moments, keeps activity tallies as counts only, never crosses data between servers, and every comfort touch is consent-gated. Shame mechanics don't exist here — by design.
